if there are technical issues in the theme or plugin that can’t be resolved.

We grant refund if :

• If we are not able to resolve the issue we will refund your money.
• If our support team unable to fix problem.
• The product purchased has stopped functioning or displaying that we described to it’s details, or broken after the installation.

We do not issue refunds if:

• If you found your host doesn’t meet the requirement of WordPress or denied to update the PHP, MySQL version.
• You decided to change your mind.
• You decided not to use our product.
• You find that our product doesn’t suit your needs (our live demo site are very explanatory of our templates/theme)
• You experience script conflicts with other 3rd party software connected or installed on your website.
